Vertigo Catering had the honor of assisting the Cincinnati office of Robert W. Baird with its Holiday Open House. The company had recently moved and wanted to show off its new office space to clients.
Guests stepped off the elevators and into the lobby to see an oversized cheese display featuring twenty-three different types of cheese. Of these, we offered five that were made in Wisconsin (Baird’s Corporate Headquarters is based out of Milwaukee).
Along with the cheese display, guests were also served Chicken Club Quesadillas, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Shrimp Shooters, and Vegetable Shooters with Hummus.
For dessert, we offered assorted mousse cups along with baklava and a fudge carving station, where guests had the option to try all five of the fudge flavors including: Penuche, Peanut Butter, Amaretto, Rocky Road, and Chocolate Cabernet.
